Rotor Strength Analysis of FeCo-Based Permanent Magnet High Speed Motor

چکیده

To solve the problem of tension stress caused by centrifugal force and high-speed operation permanent magnet (PM) rotor, a FeCo-based PM rotor structure model is proposed. Based on thick-walled cylinder theory, uniform analytical calculation formulas strain field, displacement field are derived, stresses sleeve obtained. The correctness method (ACM) verified finite element (FEM). derived formula, influence static interference, thickness, rotating shaft, thermal expansion coefficient strength analyzed, mechanical design law summarized. Alloy sleeves usually fitted outside to protect from damage. In order ensure safe under hot conditions, check must be carried out. characteristics slender motor (HSPMM) with rated power 100 kW speed 18,000 r/min was produced, continuous test out verify validity above theoretical analysis.
